The scope of efficacy testing varies depending on the client's test material and indications, so the specific test design is determined through consultation with the client.

After completing the quotation and online consultation, if you wish to commission the test, you will proceed to sign a research contract. The research contract can be drafted using either the format provided by the client or CoasTechOm Inc., and certain details can be adjusted through discussion.

Typically, the payment regulations for research service fees involve paying 50% upon signing the research contract and the remaining 50% upon submission of the final report (draft). However, payment regulations can be negotiated depending on the scale of the commissioned research, the testing schedule, and the circumstances of the client. 

Confidentiality is our top priority for all testing content. We manage all clients' information in a coded manner, and if desired, we can also sign a confidentiality agreement even for simple quotation requests.

You can obtain the relevant request form and material information sheet through the download section of our website or from the Business Development Center. Please send it to us by email or fax. Please provide detailed information about the test, and also include the Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for the test material.

A certificate of analysis for the test material is a required document for GLP testing.

If you do not have a certificate of analysis for the test material, please be sure to inform us during the test consultation. Failure to submit it will result in the final report not being submitted. In this case, the information recorded in the submitted test certificate and the characteristics and relevant information recorded on the test material information sheet must match.

Please also submit stability data (if available) along with the certificate of analysis.

The amount of material required for testing varies depending on the testing items and contents. 

For detailed information, please request it during the quotation consultation. Please note that the required testing materials should be obtained within a minimum of 3 weeks before the start of the test.

Usually, we first provide the draft final report for review and discussion with the client. After obtaining approval and signature from the client, we then deliver the final report in a bound or PDF format. Additional requests for modifications.
