4. Pharmacokinetics/Toxicokinetis & Analytical Evaluation
Pharmacokinetic Analysis is an experimental study method which uses mathematical calculations to quantitatively understand the processes of how a drug administered into a body behaves over time in terms of absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion of drugs. ADME is the acronym of this test. While Pharmacokinetic Analysis is a study that seeks to understand kinetics of drugs at effective doses, toxicokinetics is the study of the absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion of a xenobiotic under circumstances that produce toxicity. To better understand the characteristics of toxicokinetics, basic knowledge of interpretation of pharmacokinetics is required
